Shipping Information
Most orders ship within 4 to 7 business days. Orders above 20 pounds can take longer. Please e-mail or phone our customer service at 503-705-7751 to inquire regarding your orders' estimated shipping date.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail using "Click N Ship." You pay for shipping based on the weight of your order and zipcode - this amount is automatically added to the invoice. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification and tracking number from USPS. Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.
